With our established partnerships and relationships with suppliers including hotels, resorts, conference centers, retreat centers, transportation providers, restaurants, private venues and museums, tour and activity companies, we access favorable rates, reserve exclusive experiences, and manage contract negotiations.
Event Management – Strategic Program Planning
We take care of details like event décor, gaining VIP access to desirable locations, and planning group activities and private events. We manage attendee pre and/or post stays, mailing of personalized travel packet which includes a program of event booklet, luggage tags and arrival instructions.
Program Registration
From the initial invitation to managing the rooming list to on-site successful program delivery, our online registration program and tailor designed websites offer you and your attendees a comprehensive registration experience. Custom built reporting and tracking keeps our clients in touch with all aspects of their attendee’s requirements and requests, reinforcing and strengthening your goals and intentions.
On-site Support
We coordinate everything from detailed itineraries, managing transportation, and overseeing suppliers, to providing onsite support and preparing contingency plans. A Hospitality Desk with our client’s company and trip logos displayed. We offer pre-booking of restaurants for dine arounds or VIP guests.
Program Marketing
We develop a custom program marketing campaign to be cohesive within all aspects of the program. We develop program websites along with secure online registration and reporting systems.
